- Apply sufficient sunblock of minimum SPF 30 before lesson.
- Bring a water bottle & after swim light snack (bread, biscuits, cereal bar, hot Milo etc).
- Do not swim with an empty or full stomach.
- Highlight to the coach, if you are unwell or has any minor injuries(bruises, cramps, migraines etc), before lesson commences.
- Be punctual for every lessons as training will start on the dot.
- Bring your clothings on every lessons prior to your SwimSafer test.
