*Lesson Checklists

  • Apply sufficient sunblock of minimum SPF 30 before lesson.
  • Bring a water bottle & after swim light snack (bread, biscuits, cereal bar, hot Milo etc).
  • Do not swim with an empty or full stomach.
  • Highlight to the coach, if you are unwell or has any minor injuries(bruises, cramps, migraines etc), before lesson commences.
  • Be punctual for every lessons as training will start on the dot.
  • Bring your clothings on every lessons prior to your SwimSafer test.
